The 44th Annual Tribute to the Reggae Legends Festival will take place on February 21st and 22nd at the WorldBeat Cultural Center in San Diego's Balboa Park. Formerly known as Bob Marley Day, this celebrated event continues its tradition of honoring reggae's rich heritage with an incredible lineup of legendary artists and emerging talent from across the globe.
Friday night, February 21st, will feature a special "Virgin Islands Meets Jamaica" sound system-themed showcase, headlined by Dezarie, joined by DJ Empress Fyah Taki and Ninjah P from the Virgin Islands. Jamaican reggae greats Michael Palmer and Ranking Joe will also grace the stage alongside Ras Indio from Belize.
On Saturday, February 22nd, the festival will shift into full roots mode with performances from reggae royalty. The lineup includes Sister Nancy, Johnny Osbourne, Etana, Warrior King, Triston Palmer, Little John, Junior Toots (presenting a tribute to his father, the late Toots Hibbert), and Empress Akua. Also taking the stage will be the Latin reggae group Quinto Sol and Mara Sulu with Revival. The day's soundtrack will be curated by DJ Mykol Orthodox and Good Over Evil Soundsystem.

Attendees can also explore a variety of vendors selling unique merchandise, food, and crafts.
